Pain Mastery & Lifestyle Medicine Group Coaching
Enrolling Now! New Group Launches April 23rd at the Corvallis Community Center
Communities Heal Communities
Living with persistent pain can be incredibly isolating and challenging. The journey often feels lonely, but when shared with others who truly understand, it becomes lighter and more hopeful.
There’s something magical about the bond formed with peers walking the same path—a sense of connection, understanding, and unwavering support. Lifelong friendships can blossom in these spaces of healing.
The Pain Mastery & Lifestyle Medicine Coaching Group is designed for individuals who are ready to take meaningful steps toward improving their quality of life—whether their pain is physical, emotional, psychological, or social.

How It Works
The Pain Mastery & Lifestyle Medicine Coaching Group combines the power of science with compassion and practical tools to help you regain control, embrace your healing journey, and rediscover the joy of living. Together, we will explore the evidence-based practices of:
- Lifestyle Medicine
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Movement Science
- Pain Science
- Self-Compassion Science
Participants will receive full access to the self-paced curriculum (link provided upon registration).
Each week, the class focuses on one module, fostering both learning and connection:
- Discussion & Personalization: We start with a large-group discussion on the week’s topic, then break into smaller groups to deepen understanding and relate the material to individual experiences.
- Pain-Specific Support: Each group tailors the curriculum to their unique needs. Participants bring their questions about pain, and we explore answers together, blending evidence-based pain science with compassionate care.
- Inspiring Media: Together, we watch a thought-provoking TED Talk or video and discuss its relevance to our journey.
- Movement & Mindfulness: Every session incorporates gentle movement and mindfulness practices to promote healing and resilience.
- Self-Compassion: Knowing that those in pain are often hardest on themselves, the program weaves self-compassion practices throughout to nurture kindness and understanding toward oneself.
- Online Group chats: Groups can discuss what they have learned in cohort chats supporting each other through out the 12 weeks of the class.
