Learn how the program can be a great fit for you or your organization.

1. Who will benefit from the easy2care course?

Easy2Care is a curriculum that was created for educators in K–12, and it is applicable to any adult who is interested in improving their health and well-being. This course is for any healthcare worker, educator, or employee working in any industry.

2. What is the time commitment of this course?

We estimate that you would need about 1.5 to 2 hours per week. Think of it as 2 hours a week of self-care. This program is self-directed. It has a video and some workbook exercises. Take your time to mull over the workbook activities as they will help you integrate what you learned into your life.

If you choose to join the coaching cohort, save the time on Sunday or Monday from 6:30 p.m.–7:30 p.m. to attend the virtual group coaching as that will help you connect with other participants. We will be doing some behavior skills building during the second half of the hour.

3. What will i get out of the easy2care course?

You will be introduced to the foundational elements of health that are packaged in easy-to-use practices for yourself, and then to share with others once you master it yourself. Your focus with this course is just on yourself.

4. are the group coaching sessions recorded?

No, the coaching sessions are not recorded. We want this to be a space for participants to be comfortable sharing. We would also have breakout sessions that cannot be recorded.

5. what does group coaching entail?

The weekly group coaching will begin with a mindfulness activity. There will be movement breaks and time to ask questions about the module, followed by behavioral techniques that we will review from the module. We will end the session with practice in breakout sessions.

6. How can i refer my students/patients/clients to this program?

This is a pilot study. We are not ready to accept patients, clients, or students to this program. If you know other healthcare providers who are interested, please refer them to Easy2Care.
